Former Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner has agreed to a five-year contract with the Los Angeles Rams worth $50 million, which according to sources can be worth up to $65 million.  The Rams tweeted the news along with a photoshopped “Wheel of Fortune” photo, and the caption: “We’d like to buy a vowel, please.”

The Seahawks released the eight-time Pro Bowl linebacker in early March.  The 31-year-old Wagner had played his entire career with the Seahawks after being drafted by the franchise in 2012.  Wagner posted at the time of his release that he didn’t hear that he wouldn’t be returning to Seattle directly from the franchise, saying in a tweet“Crazy part about all this, I played there for 10 years and I didn’t even hear it from them that I wasn’t coming back.”

Wagner spent 10 years starring for the Seahawks, earning six first-team All-Pro honors and a Super Bowl ring in 2014. He also recorded a franchise-record 1,381 career tackles during his decade in Seattle. Last season Wagner tallied 170 combined tackles, a sack, a forced fumble and an interception.
