The Philadelphia Phillies defeated the Atlanta Braves in Game 4 of the National League Division Series on Thursday night with a score of 3-1, winning the best-of-five series and advancing to the NL Championship Series against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

The Phillies’ Nick Castellanos homered twice, while Trea Turner recorded the first four-hit game in Phillies postseason history and and Ranger Suárez and the Phillies bullpen held the Braves to just one run.

The Phillies advance to the NLCS for the second consecutive season. Game 1 of the 2023 NLCS against the Diamondbacks will kickoff on Monday. The first two games of the series will be held in Philadelphia.
