The series now moves to Seattle, for the Mariners first postseason game at home since 2001. Seattle will need the win to stay alive in the series, while the Astros are now just one win away from its sixth consecutive trip to the ALCS.

Game 2 between the NY Yankees and Cleveland Guardians was postponed on Thursday in the Bronx due to rain, and was rescheduled for 1:07 p.m. today, Friday October 14 at Yankee Stadium. The Yankees lead their series 1-0.
