The Boston Celtics swept their Eastern Conference Finals series against the Indiana Pacers with a 105-102 victory in Game 4 on Monday, to advance to the NBA Finals for the second time in three years – and 23rd time in franchise history.

Jaylen Brown led for the Celtics with a game-high 29 points, while Jayson Tatum added 26 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists.

Boston last advanced to the Finals in 2022, where they were defeated by the Golden State Warriors in six games. The Celtics captured their 17th NBA title in 2008, defeating the Lakers in six games.

The Celtics will compete for the NBA championship title against the winner of the Western Conference Finals, taking place between the Dallas Mavericks or Minnesota Timberwolves. The Mavericks lead the series 3-0 and have a chance to advance with a win on Tuesday.
